Swayam Park – Automated Parking System for Kumbh Mela

Abstract

This paper examines a Smart Parking System that aims to solve urban parking problems. The system uses the Internet of Things (IoT) to show users up-to-date info about nearby parking on a map that changes in real time. Users can see details about each parking spot, like how many spaces are free and how much they cost. One of its main features lets people book a spot from far away, and the system gives them a free space when they get there. Sensors at the parking area detect when cars are there and update the main server and what users see right away. This study shows a smooth and effective way to manage parking today, making it easier for people to park and getting the most out of parking spaces in cities.
