Abstract

Colour vision deficiency (commonly known as colour blindness) affects millions of people worldwide, creating challenges in education, professional tasks, and daily life activities. Individuals with this condition often struggle with interpreting visual information, which can limit their confidence and accessibility in digital environments. To address this issue, our work focuses on developing an intelligent and user-friendly system that enhances visual con-tent for people with colour vision deficiency. The proposed solution adapts to individual needs and provides an improved viewing experience for multimedia content. By combining personalization with advanced computational techniques, the system ensures better accessibility, usability, and inclusivity in digital media consumption. This research contributes to bridging the accessibility gap and aims to empower individuals with colour vision deficiency to engage more confidently in education, work, and entertainment.
