Digitalization and Optimization of Sugar Factory in India

Taware Shubham N, Gavane Suraj Mohan

Abstract

Indian is one of major sugar producers producing on average more than 5 million tans per year The sugar cane harvest is a huge logistical operation in which between 45-50 millions tons of sugar cane must be cut and transport every year for sugar factory in India. Indian will move toward the digitalization But now day our sugar factories are work manually. In our India there is no any sugar factory get digitalized With  respect  to these digitalization we purpose the digital sugar factory system or smart sugar factory system in this study.
